Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure efficient, high‑quality production
- Perform basic/routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned machines
- Assist with machine set‑up, adjustment, and changeovers as required
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE correctly at all times
- Work closely with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Participate in training to build and maintain your technical skills --

- Experience in a machine operator, production, or similar manufacturing role
- A sound understanding of industrial machinery operation and basic maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret simple technical manuals, diagrams, or instructions
