- 5+ years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Outsystems Lead to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in low code application development, specifically with OutSystems ODC. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead development projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of low code applications using OutSystems ODC. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for low code development. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in low code development and OutSystems platform.



Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders. Mandatory

Skills:
Proven experience with OutSystems ODC. Strong understanding of low code application development principles. Experience in leading development teams and managing projects. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred

Skills:
Experience with other low code platforms. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with database management and integration. Experience in cloud services and deployment. Certifications in OutSystems or related technologies. Note
