About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your role will involve: ✅Handling phone, face-to-face, and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. ✅Processing customer orders and coordinating with production and dispatch teams. ✅Providing accurate product and service information. ✅Resolving customer issues to ensure a smooth service experience. ✅Supporting sales, production and dispatch teams. ✅Assisting walk-in customers and freight companies with collections. ## What We're Looking For We are seeking a reliable, organised, and customer-focused individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Confidence using computer systems and managing data (e.g. orders, quotes, and customer records).
- Experience with order processing and CRM systems (e.g. MYOB).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and Teams) and shared email systems.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems to access and update customer and delivery information.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and undertake additional duties as required.
