- Applicants with previous Barista and Bar experience will be highly considered
- Minimum 2 years experience in a premium dining venue
- Well presented with a personable service approach and a keen eye for detail
- Full Australian working rights
- Full availability, including day shifts, evenings and weekends
- Current QLD RSA certificate and Food Safety Certificate

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your own section during service with precision and warmth
- Transitioning from floor service into a bar/barista role when required




- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on both food and wine
- Accurately process orders and communicate dietary requirements to the kitchen
- Support fellow waitstaff and maintain high standards of service throughout
