Burns Plumbing is seeking an experienced A-Grade Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our growing team in Sydney on a full-time basis. We’re looking for somebody who takes pride in their work, holds themselves accountable, and wants to be part of a tight-knit, high-performance crew Duties &

responsibilities:

- Scheduled and reactive commercial maintenance plumbing
- Work across councils, shopping centres, strata and commercial real estate
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- TMV, RPZ, and backflow related work
- Maintaining Burns Plumbing's standards for quality workmanship and safe work practices
- Efficient job delivery while demonstrating integrity, respect and ownership of outcomes Qualifications &

requirements:

- Certificate IV in Plumbing (minimum qualification required)
- WHS Industry White Card
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Backflow certification
- TMV certification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of maintenance plumbing experience
- Exposure to commercial and/or strata environments
- Solid fault-finding skills and ability to work autonomously
- Professional communication and presentation
- Must be an Australian citizen to be considered for this position *Working at heights,



confined space and EWP experience is highly regarded but not essential.
