Bake & Grind DTC (Delacombe Town Centre) is looking for a full time manager that can, with a positive attitude oversee the day to day running of the store. This is a full time position. Tuesday-Saturday (Tues-Fri 1.30pm finishes, Saturdays 9am-5pm). Duties include:
- Opening and closing of store
- Stock ordering and control
- Leading a team with a focus on customer service
- Barista work (experience not essential)
- Food preparation Applicant must haves:
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Someone that leads by example and has a hands on approach
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
