Key Responsibilities

- Lawn & Garden Care: Execute high-quality mowing, edging, hedging, and general grounds maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
- Vehicle & Trailer Handling: Safely drive and manoeuvre vehicle and trailer combinations in an efficient manner.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring all tasks adhere to OHS standards.
- Team Leadership Pathway: As you progress, take on site supervision, oversee daily operations, and ensure high standards of workmanship across projects. Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience or Strong Aptitude: Background in professional gardening or property maintenance is a bonus, but solid drive, reliability, and physical aptitude are equally valued.
- Professionalism: A positive, "can-do" attitude, pride in work quality, and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Physical Fitness:



Ability to perform outdoor physical labour for extended shifts.
- Qualifications/Tickets: A horticultural qualification and any relevant tickets (e.g. chain saw competency, chemical spraying competency, reticulation knowledge/experience etc) will be highly regarded
- Compliance & Licensing: Valid WA Driver’s Licence (with trailer experience preferred), valid White Card, and a current National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months or willing to obtain immediately).
- Testing: Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen as required
