Casual Trainer and Assessor: Morwell, Victoria Safety Edge Training, casual, Morwell-based with travel across Victoria Safety Edge Training delivers practical, high-quality workplace safety training to industry across Victoria. We're growing, and we're looking for a casual Trainer and Assessor to join the team and help our clients get home safe every day. The role You'll deliver and assess nationally recognised and industry training, both at our Morwell facility and in office at client workplaces across Victoria. You'll be working across a broad range of courses, including:
- First Aid, CPR and Basic Emergency Life Support
- Confined Space Entry
- Working Safely at Heights
- Chief Warden and Warden (Emergency Control Organisation)
- Fire Extinguisher training
- Chainsaw operations
- Road Crash Rescue
- Fire Fighting You won't be expected to deliver all of these on day one. If you hold the units for some and not others, we'd still like to hear from you, and we're happy to train the right person to grow into the rest. About you
- You hold a current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its recognised equivalent), which is essential
- You have the vocational competencies and current industry experience needed to deliver and assess the courses above,



in line with the Standards for RTOs and Victorian training requirements
- You're confident running a room, adapting to different workplaces and keeping learners engaged
- You write clear, accurate assessment records and keep on top of compliance paperwork
- You hold a current Victorian driver's licence and are comfortable travelling for work
- You're reliable, professional and practical, and you take safety seriously
