As the business grows, they’re looking for someone who can support the Project Managers now and develop towards managing their own projects over time. It’s a practical, hands-on team built around clear communication, solid planning and “get it done” delivery. - Assist the PMs with project planning, programming and coordination of upcoming works
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to follow up requirements and keep agreed tasks progressing
- Support procurement, subcontractor scopes, documentation and compliance records
- Prepare, submit and follow up progress claims
- Assess and track variations,
collecting supporting information and preparing documentation for review
- Assist with contract notices, extensions of time and commercial correspondence
- Maintain RFIs and project registers and follow up outstanding information and approvals
- Support cost tracking, forecasting, invoice approvals and monthly reporting
- Keep project deadlines, contractual obligations and outstanding actions visible to the PMs The Criteria
- Around three years of civil construction experience across SA Civil Projects
- Experience supporting project delivery, procurement, costs, claims or variations
- Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential
