We're growing, and we're hiring for two roles:
- Senior Stylist (full time or part time, casual considered)
- Apprentice Hairdresser (2nd year or later) WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE

education:
in-salon training plus Wella Professional education. You'll work with Koleston Perfect ME+, Blondor, WellaPlex, SmoothFiller and Nanoplasty every day. Every stylist on our team is Great Lengths-trained in tape-in extensions, and we'll train you too.
- A space you'll be proud of: a beautiful fitout, top-quality tools, and massage chairs at every basin. Great coffee and lunch spots at the door.
- Owner-led, zero drama: independent and proudly women-owned. You'll work directly with Kelly, our owner and creative director. Inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly, and we genuinely look after each other.
- The perks: free hair services, and a proper two-day break every week. We're closed Sundays and Mondays. ROLE 1: SENIOR STYLIST The pay: well above award. Bring the skills and your pay packet will match. You'll be:
- Running your own column, from consultation to finish
- Delivering the full colour menu: balayage, foils,



all-over colour and corrections
- Offering smoothing services (we'll train you in SmoothFiller and Nanoplasty if they're recent to you)
- Building and rebooking your own regulars You have:
- A Cert III in Hairdressing and 3+ years on the floor
- Strong cutting and colour skills (no extensions experience? We'll get you trained) ROLE 2: APPRENTICE HAIRDRESSER (2ND YEAR+) Stuck on basins? Come finish your apprenticeship somewhere that actually trains you. The pay: well above award from day one, and it goes up every year of your apprenticeship. You'll get:
- Training directly under our Master Stylists, with no queueing for practice time
- Learning from specialists in blondes, curls, grey blending, smoothing treatments, upstyles and extensions
- Hands-on colour and cutting, not just basins and sweeping
- Rostering around your TAFE/RTO days
- Your best work featured on our socials
- A stylist chair waiting for you when you qualify
- An easy commute: a short walk from the light rail and Canberra Centre You are:
- In 2nd year or later of your Cert III in Hairdressing
