About Atomic Projects Atomic Projects is a Sydney remedial builder that fixes apartment and commercial buildings
- balconies, facades, waterproofing and concrete repairs
- right across the Sydney metro area. Concrete remediation is core scope for us, not a sideline: it's done to method statements with engineer sign-off at every hold point, not patch-and-paint.
About the Role
You'll run the concrete repair scope on strata and capital-works projects across Sydney: breaking out spalled concrete (concrete cancer), treating corroded reinforcement, reinstating with specified repair mortars, injecting cracks, and applying protective coatings. Every repair is inspected before it's closed up, and every product goes down to the datasheet. This is a specialist seat, not general labour
- roughly half the job is demolition and half is chemistry. You'll work from scaffold, swing stage and EWP per SWMS, direct a labourer on break-out and prep, and keep your own QA evidence as the work goes down.
