About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Grow Medical Group as a part-time (minimum 3 days per week) or full-time Clinical Psychologist or registered psychologist. We have two roles, with at least one needing to be experienced in child psychology. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessments and evidence-based treatments to patients in our Banksia Grove, WA clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will contribute to the overall wellbeing and care of our patients. We are a specialist GP clinic with a high number of patients with ADHD, ASD, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. You will be supporting child and adult psychiatrists, pediatrician's, GPs and Nurse Practitioners. WE HAVE FULL BOOKS READY AND WAITING. What you'll be doing
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing personalised treatment plans for patients
- Providing a range of evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
- Maintaining detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards
- Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of psychological services at Grow Medical Group What we're looking for
- A registration as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)




- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Psychologist, preferably in a community or primary care setting
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and evidence-based psychological interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and development of the practice
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and data management practices
