## Senior Hair Stylist | Flexible Hours | Up to $45/hr + Commission *Suat & Co Hair Studio | Mount Hawthorn, Perth* Experienced stylist wanted. A fresh start, a return to hairdressing, or simply your next opportunity. We're an established, independent boutique salon in Mount Hawthorn (est 2019) looking for an experienced stylist to join our small team. Whether you've been working in the industry for years, are considering returning after a career break, or are looking for a new salon where you can settle in and grow, we'd love to meet you.

What we offer

- $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional commission for achieving KPIS.
- Permanent full-time or part-time employment, with 3, 4 or 5 days negotiable.
- Alternate Saturdays considered.
- An established salon where we'll actively help build your clientele.
- Ongoing education and the prospect to develop your skills in extensions, colour, cutting, and leadership.
- Opportunities to mentor our emerging stylists and take on leadership responsibilities.
- Guaranteed time off over Christmas; we close Christmas Eve through New Year, every year
- Closed for the long Easter weekend.

- A flexible start date for the right person. Who we're looking for Naturally, you're a great communicator, calm yet confident with a sense of humour; you're an experienced, qualified hairdresser with strong skills in both colour, cutting and styling. You take pride in your work, enjoy building lasting relationships with your clients,



and contribute positively to a team environment. You've mastered the art of a great consultation, or you're genuinely keen to develop and excel in this area, you understand the importance of client retention, and you're comfortable having rebooking and retail conversations with your clients because it's how you love looking after them long-term. Experience with hair extensions is a bonus, as is previous salon management or mentoring experience, but neither is essential. If you're willing to learn and grow, we'll happily support you in developing in these areas. We're also happy to invest in building your column and supporting your long-term future with us. You don't need to bring an existing clientele; however, we ask for your support and participation in creating regular social media content that showcases our salon, our team, and our work with clients. This may involve being behind the camera, in front of the camera, or helping to create content together.
