Lux Pearl Cleaning Group is currently seeking reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing team. We provide professional cleaning services across residential, commercial and other client sites. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, can work independently when required, and are committed to delivering a high standard of cleaning.
Key responsibilities
include:
- General cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets and kitchen areas
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces where required
- Deep cleaning and end-of-lease cleaning when required
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
- Following site-specific instructions, WHS requirements and safe cleaning procedures
- Reporting any damage, hazards or maintenance concerns
- Providing friendly and professional service to clients What we are looking for:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but training can be provided to suitable applicants
- Reliable,
punctual and able to work with minimal supervision
- Robust attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Physically capable of completing cleaning duties
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings or weekends where required
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport are highly desirable
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Police Check may be required depending on the work site
