Sales Representative – Flooring | North Brisbane & Sunshine Coast Competitive base salary, depending on experience + uncapped commission + company vehicle Terra Mater Floors is looking for a Sales Representative to grow an established territory covering North Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and parts of Central and North Queensland. You’ll work with existing flooring retailers while finding new opportunities across retail and commercial channels, including architects and designers. - Build strong relationships with existing flooring retailers and grow sales across our full product range.
- Identify and win current retail accounts.
- Develop opportunities with retailers, designers and other commercial contacts.
- Plan regular customer visits and manage the territory.
- Use our CRM to record customer activity, manage follow-ups and keep opportunities moving.



Completing required CRM tasks is a condition of earning commission.
- Travel to Central and North Queensland approximately six times a year, typically for two to four nights per trip. About you You’re a proactive sales professional who enjoys being out with customers, following through on opportunities and building a territory over time. Experience in flooring or building products would be valuable, but we’re equally interested in strong sales representatives from other industries who can learn our products and understand our customers. You’ll be comfortable managing your own schedule, balancing existing accounts with new business development, and using a CRM consistently.
