- ## ?‍? EXPERIENCED BAKER We are looking for an experienced Baker who takes pride in producing quality bread and bakery products. You'll ideally have:
- Commercial baking experience
- Knowledge of bread and dough production
- Experience with mixing, shaping, proving and baking
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy bakery
- Strong attention to detail and product quality

- ## ? BAKER'S ASSISTANT This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop their skills in a qualified bakery. Previous bakery experience is an advantage but not essential. You'll assist with:

- Packing and presentation
- Cleaning and maintaining the bakery
- Supporting our Bakers throughout production

- ## ? FOOD SAFETY, HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS Food safety is a critical part of working in our bakery. All team members are expected to:

- Follow food safety and food handling procedures

- Keep work areas, equipment and bakery surfaces clean
- Follow cleaning and sanitising procedures
- Maintain a secure, clean and organised bakery
- Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness

- ## ? OVERNIGHT & EARLY-MORNING WORK ## This is NOT a standard 9-to-5 job. Fresh bread needs to be made while most people are asleep Depending on the position and roster, bakery production involves overnight/all-night shifts and very early morning starts, including weekends and public holidays as required. You must be comfortable working through the night and/or starting very early in the morning. Reliability is extremely important. You will also need to have reliable transport or a practical way of getting to and from the bakery, particularly for overnight and early-morning shifts when public transport may not be available. If you enjoy working at night and like the idea of finishing your shift while the rest of the world is just waking up, this could be the perfect opportunity for you --
