## Senior Solar & Battery Sales / Business Development Skyward Energy | Perth WA Skyward Energy is looking for an experienced solar and battery sales professional, sales manager, or established sales company to help grow our residential solar and battery division. We are not simply looking for someone to sell leads. We are looking for someone with solid industry and sales experience who can help develop our sales process, generate business, improve conversions and potentially take a leadership role within the sales side of the company as we grow. ## The Opportunity This could suit:
- An experienced Solar & Battery Sales Consultant

- An established solar sales company looking for a strong installation partner The right person will have the opportunity to help shape how Skyward Energy approaches sales moving forward. ## What You'll Be Doing
- Selling residential solar and battery systems
- Following up and converting incoming leads
- Developing new lead-generation opportunities
- Building relationships and referral networks
- Helping improve sales systems and processes
- Providing input into future sales strategy
- Potentially recruiting and leading a sales team as the business grows ## What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience




- Solar and battery industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong closing and follow-up skills
- Ability to generate your own opportunities
- Good understanding of residential customers and consultative selling
