About the Role
The Last Slice is looking for an experienced Front of House team member to join our team in Sydney Olympic Park. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of Front of House experience who is confident with customers, works well under pressure and understands the importance of providing friendly and efficient service. Our venue can get busy, so you’ll need to be organised, quick on your feet and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take dine-in and takeaway orders accurately.
- Use the POS system and process payments.
- Provide attentive table service.
- Communicate orders and customer requests clearly with the kitchen.
- Answer questions about menu items.
- Transparent, clean and reset tables.
- Maintain a clean and organised Front of House area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods. Requirements




- Minimum 2 years’ Front of House experience is essential.
- Previous café or restaurant experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident taking orders and handling payments.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Friendly, professional and well-presented.
- Reliable, punctual and organised.
- Strong team player.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Full Australian working rights.
