About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional experience
- Managing patient appointments and maintaining an efficient appointment book
- Answering phone calls, emails and patient enquiries
- Processing payments and managing patient accounts
- Coordinating with clinicians and the wider team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Following up patients and assisting with treatment bookings
- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation
- Providing general reception and administrative support to the practice ## About You We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous dental reception/dental assisiting experience,
although this would be advantageous rather than essential
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Are warm, approachable and confident building relationships with patients
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Are comfortable working in a busy environment and managing multiple priorities
- Are reliable, adaptable and a great team player
- Show initiative and have a positive, can-do attitude
- Are passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience
- Are eager to learn and develop your skills ##
