Our Banking & Finance team which is one of our largest practices (27 employees) has created a recent position for a senior lawyer to run and establish their litigation practice servicing their banking clients (non-bank lenders) whilst also working alongside our Building and Construction team. Currently the group undertakes all of their front/end transactional work however more recently they have been asked to undertake a significant amount of litigation and see a gap for someone to come in and do this work whilst also building further on their client relationships. Ideally you will have the following experience;
• Litigation, Insolvency and securities enforcement expertise, including mortgage enforcement.
• Experience advising various stakeholders including financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, directors and creditors on complex commercial disputes.




• A specialist in corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring (including small businesses), commercial litigation and PPSA.
• Experience involving receiverships, liquidations, voluntary administrations and financial services litigation.
• Be adept at managing insolvency practitioners, private lenders, directors, body corporates and shareholders This is a litigation focussed role working across the Banking and Construction teams and you will work alongside 4 Partners (Emma Bell, Maria Andreou, Nancy Bramley-Moore and David Andrews) who will support and introduce you to their clients.
