ICT Technical Support Specialist | CBD Location | Immediate Start | Contract Opportunity ? Available now or wrapping up a contract soon? This could be for you. ? Sydney CBD Office (5 days onsite) ? 6-week initial contract ? Strong likelihood of extension ? Must be available to start within 1 week We're looking for an ICT Technical Support Specialist to join a high-performing IT support team supporting a large, well-known organisation. This is a busy support environment with a constant flow of calls, tickets and escalations. You'll need solid troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure. What you'll be doing
• Providing a mic of L1 and L2 technical support across hardware, software and networking issues
• Managing and resolving incidents through phone, email, messaging and face-to-face support
• Supporting a busy Service Desk environment with a strong customer service focus
• Assisting and mentoring Level 1 Support team members with escalations
• Working within ITSM processes including incidents, problems and change management
