About The Role
This is a wide-ranging coordination role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the WA service function. You will coordinate a team of field-based technicians, manage scheduling and service bookings, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure jobs are allocated and completed efficiently. About You We are seeking a candidate with:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous scheduling, service coordination or administration experience
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
