About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join our growing dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle deliveries, managing customer communication, and ensuring a smooth and positive delivery experience from start to finish. Working closely with multiple departments, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations, resolving issues quickly, and supporting the delivery process within a fast-paced EV dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Logistics Planning: Organizing schedules, routes, and personnel for product delivery.
• Customer Communication: Confirming delivery times, answering inquiries, and managing customer expectations.
• Order Management: Reviewing, processing, and tracking orders for accuracy.
• Problem Solving: Handling last-minute adjustments, delays, or issues during transport.
• Documentation: Preparing shipping paperwork and maintaining accurate records. About You
• At least one year of customer-facing experience with strong customer service skills.




• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn current products and systems.
• A high standard of personal and skilled presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and independently.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple business units.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Flexibility to work within a rotating roster, including weekends as required.
• A current full NSW Driver’s Licence with a safe driving record, which must be maintained throughout employment.
