KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the key HR contact for assigned business units, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal coordination, and performance discussions.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and internal communications to promote a positive work culture.
• Assist in handling employee relations issues, grievance management, and disciplinary actions in accordance with HR policies.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance data.
• Supervise HR assistant in coordinating and monitoring learning & development programs, tracking participation and maintaining training records.




• Collaborate with Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely updates on employee movements, advantages, and entitlements.
• Participate in HR projects, policy enhancements, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all HR operations.

What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
