The Role
• Draft Operation and Maintenance Manuals for Solar Farms in accordance with OEM Requirements.
• Review O&M; activities with Plant Managers to ensure such activities are carried out in accordance with the O&M; Manuals, the OEM Requirements and the Contract.
• Review SCADA Systems on daily basis to detect potential defects.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to Plant Manager and technicians.
• Update the Maintenance plans for each project on yearly basis.
• Prepare root cause analysis, incident and technical reports.
• Support the warranty manager in the resolution of warranty claims.
• Draft performance reports such as availability calculation, performance ratio and other KPIs as required.
• Draft Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures and plans to ensure site personnel conduct the maintenance activities in accordance with Valuable Operating and Maintenance Practices.
• Prepare and Provide O&M; Trainings to site personnel.




• Configure the CMMS to ensure it contains all information required to perform the services.
• Review the CMMS regularly to ensure the information is included correctly.
• Contact OEMs and suppliers to solve technical issues.
• Provide support to the O&M; Technical Manager.

Requirements:
• Electrical / Electronic Engineering Degree.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Industrial areas and 3 years’ experience in O&M.;
• Basic understanding of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA).
