Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our busy team, working on a number of exciting new shows and projects This role is to be based out of either our Brisbane or Adelaide studios.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and track day-to-day team work against the production schedule, flagging variations early with proposed solutions
• Communicate with artists daily for alignment of schedule




• Keep Production Managers informed of anything that may affect schedule
• Maintain Shotgrid (tasks, assignments, status) and other production systems accurately and on time
• Take and distribute clear notes in dailies and client reviews
• Coordinate client deliverables sends with Production Managers, and work with Editorial to ensure successful delivery Skills and Experience
• Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
• Working knowledge of the VFX pipeline and how a shot moves from start to finish
• Sound knowledge of Shotgrid, Filemaker or similar database and scheduling tools
• Solid MS Word and Excel skills
• Ability to juggle conflicting deadlines and adapt to changing briefs
• Sharp attention to detail and a good eye for composition
