Job Description
We are seeking a strong safety focus and attention to detail Warehouse Officer to join our Logistics & Supply team at CSA Mine located in NSW. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will safely and efficiently receive, store, pick, issue and dispatch materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the operational requirements of the CSA Mine. Roster This role is offered on a residential basis only working a 5:2, 4:3 day roster. Responsibilities As Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for:
• Receiving, inspecting and receipt goods accurately in Pronto XI, including identification and quarantine of non-conforming items.
• Pick, issue, stage and dispatch materials and freight in accordance with approved procedures.
• Maintaining accurate stock locations and complete authorised inventory movements and returns.
• Participating in visible cycle counts and blind stocktakes and report inventory discrepancies.
• Safely operate forklifts, vehicles and materials handling equipment.
• Maintaining warehouse housekeeping, storage standards and customer service requirements Qualifications About You: Skills To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated and able to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment with the following skills and

experience:
• Current Driver Licence
• Current High Risk Work Licence
- Forklift, or ability to obtain
• Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience
• Mining / heavy industry experience and Pronto XI or similar ERP experience is highly desirable. What are the benefits of working for Harmony?
