• Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for children and adults with communication, speech,



and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and psychologists.
• Build and manage a caseload through strong community and referral partnerships.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with NDIS and professional guidelines. What We’re Looking For:
• SPA Registration as a Speech Pathologist
• Strong clinical capability across the lifespan in disability, or community settings
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead, influence, and build relationships
• Passionate about evidence-based practice and delivering meaningful, person-centred outcomes
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
