PMX is looking for an Operations Executive to support the finance operations behind PMX LIFT in Australia. If you have built strong skills in finance administration, accounts support, invoicing, reconciliation or high-volume operational processing, this is an opportunity to apply them in a dynamic media environment. You do not need to come from a media agency. What matters is your ability to follow structured processes, work confidently with numbers and systems, meet fixed deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy. You will join a collaborative team that will help you learn the media context while valuing the practical experience you bring from industries such as professional services, retail, technology, logistics, publishing or other process-led environments. What you will do
• Review booking information supplied by agency and client teams, check amounts and enter activity accurately into Spectra Media Desktop (SMD).
• Prepare and check invoices, then reconcile vendor and publisher charges against agency billings.
• Support accurate revenue recognition, financial reporting and month-end processing.
• Produce expenditure reports, pro formas and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
• Investigate account queries, identify discrepancies and coordinate their resolution, including activity spanning multiple billing periods.
• Keep Salesforce, revenue trackers and other internal systems complete, current and accurate.
• Follow up on documentation and help ensure every activity meets compliance and confidentiality requirements.
• Build trusted working relationships by giving agency teams clear, practical guidance on processes, timelines and required documentation.
• Provide responsive day-to-day operational and financial administration support across PMX and agency teams. What will help you succeed
• Experience in finance administration, accounts payable or receivable, billing, invoice reconciliation, revenue support or another detail-focused operational role.
• Confidence learning business systems and working across multiple data sources. Experience with SMD, Pegasus, Salesforce or a comparable finance, ERP or workflow platform is helpful, but not essential.
• Strong transferable skills in checking transactions, maintaining records, investigating discrepancies and following a process through to completion.
• Practical Excel skills for everyday reporting, calculations, checks and data validation; advanced modelling is not required.
• A structured,

organised approach and the ability to balance recurring tasks, competing priorities and deadline-driven work.
• Clear, confident communication and a proactive approach to following up with stakeholders and explaining processes.
• Sound judgement and care when handling confidential commercial, agency and client information.
• Curiosity, accountability and a collaborative mindset. We will support you to build your understanding of media operations. Why join PMX?
• Bring your transferable finance and administration capability into a specialist media operations team where your contribution is visible and valued.
• Take ownership of clearly defined processes while working with a close-knit, supportive team.
• Build commercial knowledge in a fast-moving industry, with support to learn the systems, terminology and workflow of media.
• Access learning and development opportunities across PMX and the wider Publicis Groupe, including emerging areas such as AI.
• Grow a broad foundation in media operations and explore longer-term mobility across the wider group. Publicis Groupe
