• Drive business development and commercial sales across WA and SA.
• Identify opportunities across replacement markets and new construction projects.
• Develop and manage relationships with commercial pool builders, councils, aquatic facilities and service companies.
• Build relationships with architects, engineers, consultants and other key specifiers.




• Provide technical, product and market support to customers.
• Provide in-field sales support across commercial construction projects.
• Work with Project Managers, Engineers, the GM and Sales Team to deliver customer and sales outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM daily. About You
• Previous experience in business development, commercial sales or sales management
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Results-driven with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deadlines.
• Robust customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Pool, aquatic, construction or related industry experience is highly desirable.
