About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to join our Growth team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing parental leave cover. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will provide accurate and timely administrative support across the New Business and Estimating teams, helping keep client information, opportunities, proposals, reporting and bid activities organised and moving. Your day to day will include:
• Maintain accurate lead, contact, account and opportunity information in Salesforce, including pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Prepare and update budget proposals, cost plans, capability documents and client presentations using approved templates.
• Support expressions of interest, proposals and tender responses by coordinating inputs, actions, document registers and submission requirements.
• Coordinate information and follow-up actions across Recent Business, Estimating, Design, Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organised records, templates and recurring administrative activities to support continuity throughout the parental leave cover period. What you’ll bring
• Experience in administration, sales support, new business, marketing coordination,



proposals or a similar role.
• Practical Salesforce experience, including maintaining CRM records and producing reports and dashboards, or strong experience with a comparable CRM.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe PDF tools and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong written communication and document presentation skills, with excellent attention to accuracy, formatting and consistency.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, collaborative and service-focused approach, with confidence working across different teams and following up information professionally.
• Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, manufacturing or another project-based industry, as well as exposure to bids, tenders, budget proposals, cost plans or client submissions, will be highly regarded.
