• Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Conduct temperature and quality checks, effectively managing cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
• Support kitchen team members in establishing and sustaining an organised and efficient workspace
• Take on hands-on cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes,



utensils, and kitchen equipment, waste disposal and management, operating a commercial dishwasher, and handling cleaning chemicals
• Execute food preparation tasks within a commercial kitchen environment, showcasing excellent food presentation skills More about you
• Previous experience in a sandwich hand or kitchenhand, preferred
• Food Safety Certificate
• Passion and enthusiasm for working in a rapid-paced environment
• Must be available for early morning shifts, with production start times from 5:00am and kitchen shifts from 8:00am.
