• Previous Commis Chef experience, required
• Demonstrated experience preparing high-quality pizza and pasta dishes
• Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
• Solid background in kitchen operations
• Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costs
