Summary We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in pediatric care to join our team in Brevard. • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, with a specific focus on managing complex respiratory and nutritional needs.
• Perform skilled assessments and ongoing monitoring for children requiring tracheotomy care and ventilator support.
• Execute and manage gastronomy tube (G-tube) feeding protocols, ensuring proper administration and site maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with the medical team, families, and caregivers to develop and adjust individualized care plans.




• Administer medications and treatments according to established pediatric guidelines and physician orders.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately within medical records.
• Educate families on home care techniques related to respiratory support and enteral feeding. Requirements

Requirements:
• Current and active LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in a pediatric setting.
• Proven proficiency in managing tracheotomies and operating ventilators for pediatric patients.
• Demonstrated expertise in the care and management of G-tubes.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond effectively to pediatric emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to connect with children and their families.
