Experience is welcome, but attitude, professionalism and a willingness to learn are what matter most. /n /n What You’ll Be Doing /n As the first point of contact for our business, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and employees. /n /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Greeting visitors, clients and suppliers /n
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls /n
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail /n
- Assisting with general administration tasks /n
- Supporting various teams across the business /n
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area /n
