Celebrated for our heritage and ability to stay at the forefront of international trends, we create beautiful, functional pieces designed for real life. /n /n The Opportunity /n We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Moorabbin Boutique. /n /n Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering a personalised, elevated customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a passionate retail leader looking to grow their career within a premium boutique environment. /n /n This role will also involve supporting Oroton’s expanding apparel category, making experience in fashion or apparel retail highly advantageous. /n /n Permanent full-time | Sunday to Thursday roster /n /n What You’ll Do /n /n
- Support and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, personalised service /n
- Build meaningful relationships with clients in a boutique environment /n
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and product care /n
- Assist in driving sales performance and achieving store targets /n
- Support daily operations, including rostering,



stock flow and customer experience /n
- Collaborate with your Store Manager to create a positive and high-performing team culture /n /n /n What You Bring /n /n

- Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset /n
- Confidence in supporting and developing a team /n
- High attention to detail in store standards and presentation /n
