/n /n /n /n ARCway Careers are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Trainee to join a Private Lending Firm based in Norwest. /n This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in finance, gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment and complete a Nationally Recognised Certificate in Business. /n The role is an Entry-Level Position
- No Previous Experience Required /n What You’ll Be Doing /n /n
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls /n
- Assisting customers with their applications and supporting documents /n
- Supporting the broader team with day-to-day activities /n
- Updating customer details in the CRM system /n
- Generating and sending contracts for settlements /n
- Completing welcome calls with new customers /n
- Reaching out to potential customers and connecting them with Account Managers /n /n
