- 7:30am-6pm rotating roster, Monday-Friday /n

This is your opportunity to join a growing team of collections specialists, shape the culture and be part of a business going through significant transformation./n /n The Role /n /n As a Collections Specialist you'll work closely with customers to manage outstanding accounts, set up payment solutions and provide support during financial difficulty./n /n /n This is not a traditional “hard collections” role
- it’s about working with customers to find the right outcome, in an essential service industry where empathy and compliance are key./n /n /n
- Managing a mix of inbound and outbound collections calls /n
- Setting up payment plans and taking payments /n
- Supporting customers experiencing financial hardship /n
- Explaining assistance programs and available support options /n
- Handling a variety of accounts
- from small balances to large debts /n
- Navigating compliance requirements and regulated processes /n
- Maintaining accurate notes and customer records /n
- Identifying issues and escalating where required /n What we're looking for/n /n /n
- Previous collections experience (minimum 6 months required) /n
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner /n
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and care /n
- Solid written skills for notes and customer communication /n
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes /n
- Commercial awareness and ability to prioritise accounts effectively /n
- A proactive mindset
- able to think, ask questions and suggest solutions /n
- Energy industry experience is desirable, not essential
- full training provided /n /n Shifts & Salary/n /n /n
- $65,000
- $75,000 + Super (depending on experience) /n
- Monday-Friday rotating roster between 7:30am
- 6:00pm to support customers across Australia /n
