Foundry Talent Partners is seeking a Fund Manager to lead portfolio and fund outcomes across a real estate private credit book. The role focuses on investment-side skills, portfolio construction, capital allocation and active credit management.

You will work closely with senior leadership, have direct visibility to fund performance, and shape the platform as it scales in a agile market across Australia. Strong experience in real estate lending and funds management is essential.
