Kyabram District Health Service is seeking an After Hours Primary Care Services Coordinator to lead the ongoing operational delivery of the after-hours service. You will manage workforce rostering, service planning, governance support and performance monitoring to strengthen access for Campaspe residents outside standard hours. Reporting to the Director of Primary Health & Community Services, this role involves liaising with GPs, nursing staff and external providers to optimise patient flow,
