Magnus Health Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team across Brisbane's North and Southside, providing tailored support in Specialist Independent Living houses and community shifts. Rosters vary to meet participant needs, including 1:1 and 1:2 ratios across 24/7 shifts.

You will deliver personalised care aligned with individual plans, support daily living activities, and help create protected environments while promoting independence and life quality.
