We're looking for a Kitchen Production & Café Breakfast Cook to join our ME crew in Mascot & Botany. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items, managing food production, and maintaining kitchen standards during busy service periods.
Key responsibilities
- Flipping bacon & frying eggs
- Building toasties & breakfast favourites
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised & food-safe
- Helping the team smash through busy mornings
About you
- Reliable & punctual — early starts are a must
- Fast, organised and clean
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently once trained
- One year Kitchen/café experience is a must
- Great team & a fun, supportive work environment
- Lots of coffee and matcha (and valuable vibes!)
- Staff meals on shift
