MacKillop Family Services Pty is seeking a Case Manager for our Restoring Families program in South Melbourne. The role focuses on handling practical case management to enable therapists to deliver intensive interventions for 4–6 families over 4–7 months. The Case Manager will perform home and community interventions, support therapists during high-need cases, and report to the MST Supervisor. Shortlisting may commence immediately; apply soon.
