THEOPPORTUNITY

Help franchisees turn empty spaces into thriving Plus Fitnessgyms and give established clubs a fresh new look This is a12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, and a greatchance to make a real impact in a short time.

Joining our Projects team, you'll be the trusted guide forfranchisees through every stage of their new fit-out orrefurbishment, from the first site concept to the moment they get the keys. You'll help them bring on the right contractors, workhand in hand with head contractors to keep things moving, and makesure every site delivers on the Plus Fitness brand. No two projectsare the same, which means no two weeks are either.

You'll be the connector between franchisees and our Plus Fitnessand Viva Leisure teams and external partners, keeping everyonealigned and decisions on track. You'll also have the chance toshape the systems, documentation and processes that make everyfuture project run smoother, so your impact goes well beyond asingle site. With some travel across the network, you'll get outofthe office and onto the ground to see your work take shape.

Plus Fitness is part of Viva Leisure, an ASX-listed health andfitness group with more than 200 locations across eight brands,including Club Lime, World Gym and Club Pilates. You'll be based inour beautiful Sydney head office in Beaconsfield. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

- Be the go-to contact for franchisees and their projectteams,



building strong relationships with internal teams,contractors and suppliers
- Guide franchisees through new fit-outs and refurbishments,delivering on time, on budget and within scope
- Help develop project programmes and budgets, then track andreport on progress to keep everyone in the loop
- Support franchisees to procure contractors and suppliersthrough a fair, transparent process that delivers greatvalue
- Keep every site looking and feeling unmistakably PlusFitness, wherever it is in the network
- Carry out defect inspections and compliance checks atcompletion so each gym opens ready to go
- Spot opportunities to save costs, lift quality and improvehow projects are delivered
- Work autonomously, solve problems as they come up and keepcommunication explicit, honest and proactive

SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with:

Education & Qualifications

- Certification in Project Management or a related discipline(desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, projectmanagement, property, or a related field (desirable)
- Current Driver's Licence

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Project Manager rolewithin a franchise or multi-site network,



including supportingowners or franchisees through fit-outs from conception throughto completion and handover to the franchiseee
- Experience within the fitness, health and leisure industry(preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsacross geographically dispersed franchised sites, balancingcompeting priorities in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong understanding of managing projects within agreedtime, cost and quality parameters while maintaining consistentbrand standards across the network
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills,with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to identify risks and issues quickly and implementpractical, outcome-focused solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with theability to engage and manage franchisees alongside internal andexternal stakeholders
- Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers andconsultants, including franchisee-appointed trades, to achieveproject deliverables
- Working knowledge of a franchisor-franchisee operatingmodel, including brand standards compliance, franchiseeexpectations and the commercial pressures of a site openingprogramme
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring franchiseesand all other parties are informed, aligned and accountablethroughout the project lifecycle
