About the Role We're looking for a Field Service Technician to support our RYOBI ride-on mower range across Queensland. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will deliver field-based technical support, manage repairs from start to finish and provide an exceptional experience for end users.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, working autonomously and building practical service solutions. You'll manage cases through Salesforce, coordinate internal and external repairs, maintain accurate records and help build the foundations of a leading field service model.

Day-to-Day

Carry out field service and manage repairs for RYOBI ride-on mowers and other consumer specialty products

Triage repair requests across your territory and manage each case through to an acceptable outcome

Create and maintain repair cases in Salesforce, ensuring records and technical information remain accurate

Engage directly with end users to resolve general, technical and service-related enquiries

Coordinate with customer service, sales, brand teams, repair agents and retail partners to deliver a seamless service experience

Maintain an effective spare-parts inventory to support customer demand and agreed turnaround times

Monitor repair activity,



identify trends and provide weekly or monthly service performance reports

Build strong relationships with retailer stakeholders and the consumer repair-agent network

Follow all TTI work health and safety requirements, company procedures and relevant legal standards

Travel interstate when required

What We're Looking For You're a practical problem-solver with strong customer service instincts and the confidence to manage field-based work independently. You plan well, communicate clearly and stay focused when balancing multiple priorities.

Experience managing end-user service enquiries, warranty operations or external service repairers in a comparable commercial environment

Ability to work remotely with limited supervision and take a structured approach to planning your workload

Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities

Confidence working with third-party stakeholders to coach, influence and drive improvements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for customers and stakeholders

High computer literacy, ideally including Salesforce or a similar case-management system, SAP or another ERP, and Microsoft Office

A proactive, calm and solutions-focused approach, including the ability to act under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities

Robust analytical and reporting skills

Bonus points if you've worked with ride-on mowers, outdoor power equipment, field service operations, repair networks, parts inventory or retailer service teams.
