Their Norwest office is now looking for an Associate level lawyer to work in their Corporate & Commercial team. About the role We are actively seeking an Associate Lawyer with expertise in corporate & commercial law to join a well regarded specialist team. They prioritise personal growth and career objectives, while connecting you with highly skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities Extensive experience in front-end commercial work and drafting transactional documentation Managing business, asset, and purchase transactions, including conducting and reviewing buyer and seller due diligence Advising on company structuring, drafting constitutions, shareholders agreements, and navigating Corporations Act compliance Negotiating and preparing procurement, supply, and distribution agreements Providing guidance and mentorship to junior legal team members About you You will have 5+ years PQE, ideally with experience in PPSR, IP/IT and franchisor work. in addition, you will have: Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions with a well-regarded firm Expertise in procurement, supply chain, and distribution contracts Highly motivated with a positive, proactive approach to work and life Strong strategic insight and critical thinking skills Contact For further information, please contact
