We're looking for a switched-on Administration & Accounts Assistant to join the Foxy Home Staging team. Experience is great, but we're much more interested in finding someone with
initiative, attention to detail and the drive to learn . This is an entry-level role with plenty of opportunity to grow. You'll be joining a busy, fast-moving business where organisation matters and where we genuinely value people who don't just complete a task, they look for ways to make the task better.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Managing and organising inboxes Data entry and maintaining accurate records Assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounts administration Filing and document management Updating internal systems Following up information required from suppliers or team members Supporting the administration team with day-to-day tasks Helping keep our systems accurate, organised and up to date As you develop, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility.
