Job Description An exciting opportunity has opened for a Medical Receptionist to join the Bayside region reception team, this will include clinics such as Hampton, Mentone, Moorabbin, Clayton, Glen Waverley and Mount Waverley. This part‑time role is available as a fixed‑term contract for 12 months, working every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm.

What will you be doing?

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Efficiently manage appointment bookings,



cancellations, and rescheduling.

Handle patient enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.

Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.

Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Our Ideal Candidate

Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)

Customer service/Administration Experience

Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
