Recruitment Partner – Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd We’re partnering with a well-established, purpose‑driven organisation to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role.
This is a hands‑on opportunity for a detail‑oriented, self‑driven AR professional who enjoys taking ownership, working through end‑to‑end billing processes, and adding value from day one.
About the role
End‑to‑end accounts receivable and billing processes
Fortnightly billing for retirement living and aged care clients
Client and resident account management and enquiry resolution
Accurate data entry, receipting, and reconciliation
Working within an ERP and corporate information management system
About you
Proven experience in accounts receivable or revenue billing roles
Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy
Confident, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
Systems savvy and able to pick up new processes quickly
A calm, can‑do approach with a willingness to learn and adapt
