Centurion is seeking a full time Customer Operations Specialist at Perth Airport, WA. The role connects customer requirements with freight operations, tracking movements from pickup through delivery and return freight.
You will monitor metro, interstate and mine-site movements, investigate delays and service exceptions, coordinate updates and issue resolution, and prepare performance reports. A minimum of three years in logistics and strong MS Office/data skills are preferred.
